PILATES & STRENGTH TRAINING
We believe Pilates and Strength Training compliment each other.
The Pilates Works ® regime is an important part of our business as we believe that this enhances the posture and muscle tone of any active person. Our studio is equipped with the Reformer, Chair, Cadillac/Rack Table, mats and other strengthening materials.
Our Personal Training includes Stability, Flexibility, Endurance, and of course Strength which are the Four Factors essential to Spinal Health. Tibor and Christine feel that the Core Spinal Fitness System by MedX and Hammer Strength meets the goal for all of our clients, and complements the Pilates Training. Pilates Works ® features our own Pilates Works ® Equipment.
